What is the typical shipping timeframe for home decor orders?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. For larger furniture items or bulk party supplies, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Party Social ships to the continental United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
What is your return policy for seasonal items?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original packaging. Please note that seasonal decor must be returned at least 7 days before the holiday to be eligible for a full refund.
Are your dinnerware collections dishwasher safe?
Most of our ceramic and glass collections are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, items with gold leafing or hand-painted details should be hand-washed to maintain their quality.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order moves to our fulfillment center and can no longer be changed.
