At Party Social, we want your home celebrations to be perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
